Part Identification

What is a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?

A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a unique serial number used by the automotive industry to identify individual vehicles. It is usually stamped or displayed on your vehicle, and will always be 17 characters long. For example, Z8NTANT31AS001483.

Each character has a meaning relating to the make, model, year of manufacture and vehicle. Most VIN's can be found either displayed under the bottom corner of your windscreen, inside your door panel or stamped on the inside of your engine bay.

A VIN is important because we can enter it into your manufacturers parts catalog and find the precise manufacturer part number for your vehicle.

How can I find the correct part for my vehicle?

Once you have your VIN you can enter it into your manufacturers product catalog to find the precise Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) for your vehicle. For more information on how to do this please see our article How to find your Manufacturers Part Number (MPN)?.

Shipping

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving cleared payment from you. You will also receive email confirmation when your shipment is created and it is on its way.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Regular and Express delivery options are available at checkout. Depending on your location, generally speaking Express delivery can take 1-3 business days whereas regular delivery can take 2-5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. If you prefer to pick up your order locally in Sydney please see our Contact Us page for details.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all mechanical auto parts sold by us come with 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. You are entitled to a refund or replacement provided the goods are deemed by us to be faulty.

All electrical auto parts and components sold by us come with a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. You are entitled to a refund or replacement provided the goods are deemed by us to be faulty.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with a valid reason for the return.

All returned goods must be new, undamaged and uninstalled, and returned in undamaged original manufacturers packaging. All electrical parts and components cannot be returned unless proven faulty.

A full refund or exchange will be provided where a purchased item is deemed faulty.
