Refund Policy

Turon Auto handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery date with a valid reason for the return.

All returned goods must be new, undamaged and uninstalled, and returned in undamaged original manufacturer packaging.  This means the goods should not be fitted, unless proven faulty.

Any electrical parts or electrical components cannot be returned unless proven faulty. Please refer to the warranty section of this T&C for more detailed information.

Return Shipping is paid for by the buyer if there is a change of mind OR the buyer provided incorrect vehicle details OR the buyer purchased an incorrect part without checking compatibility with us OR for any reason(s) other than the buyer receiving a faulty item. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by Turon Auto.

A refund will be given as money back or item exchange (depending on the buyer's preference and item availability). Refunds will be processed promptly and via the original purchase method.

All returns and exchanges are subject to the inspection by Turon Auto before a refund or exchange is granted. All refunds are made at the discretion of Turon Auto.

All Specially Ordered Parts are non-returnable or a subject to 50% restocking fee. Specially Ordered Parts refer to unstocked parts which need to be specially ordered from a supplier or manufacturer.
